Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026. Workweek Ops, Ohio, USA.

About these terms

These terms apply to the reporting services provided by Workweek Ops, a small business reporting service based in Ohio, USA. By requesting or paying for a report, you agree to these terms together with the written quote we send you by email.

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote by email. The quote confirms the report type, the data needed, the reporting period, any transaction limits, the price and the expected delivery date. Prices shown on our website are introductory and may change; the price in your confirmed quote is the price you pay. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Payment

Payment terms, including when payment is due and accepted payment methods, are set out in your quote and invoice. We start work once the quote is accepted and any payment due before starting has been received.

Monthly reporting

Monthly reporting starts only after the monthly terms are agreed in writing by email. There is no automatic subscription. You can stop monthly reporting at any time by email; the stop takes effect from the next reporting month, and any month already started is completed and charged as agreed.

Your data and responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to share the data you send us.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.
  • Please send only the data needed for the agreed report, using the secure transfer method we agree by email.

How we store, protect and delete your files is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Corrections

Each report includes one round of reasonable corrections, requested by email within 14 days of delivery. Corrections cover errors in our work or small presentation changes within the agreed scope. Changes caused by new or corrected source data, or new analysis, may be quoted as additional work.

What our reports are, and are not

Our reports present and summarise the data you supply to support your own business decisions. They are business information only and are not accounting, audit, tax, legal or investment advice. Results depend on the quality of your data, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Ownership and confidentiality

You own your data and the reports we deliver to you. We keep your information confidential and do not share it except with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, or where required by law. With your written permission only, we may describe the type of work we did for you, without your business data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
